These terms apply to website development and IT services provided by Flex Digital. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms unless a separate written agreement is signed.
Flex Digital also operates DomainSMS (domainsms.com), a domain portfolio management platform. DomainSMS has its own product-specific legal terms and privacy policy at domainsms.com/terms and domainsms.com/privacy.
1. Services
Flex Digital provides website development, website support, maintenance, and general IT services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are agreed in writing by email or proposal.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, required content, approvals, and access credentials in a timely manner. Delays in client response may affect delivery times.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees and payment schedules are agreed before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payment may pause ongoing work.
4. Intellectual Property
On full payment, Flex Digital transfers rights in the final deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding third-party tools, frameworks, and licensed assets which remain subject to their own terms.
5. Liability
Flex Digital will provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for all work completed and approved expenses incurred up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
